Common questions

How is listening time charged?

By the second while Live IQ listens, with the first 30 seconds charged at the start. A current week pass is used first. A run that hears no speech at all (up to 5 minutes) is refunded automatically.

What is the week pass?

Unlimited use for 7 days, with a fair-use limit of 10 hours per pass. It doesn't renew automatically.

I paid but my minutes didn't arrive

Reopen the app: unfinished purchases are sent again automatically. If they still don't show up, tell us through the feedback form, with the time of purchase.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

No transcript or no hints

Check that Live IQ has microphone access and a network connection, and put the phone closer to whoever is speaking.

How do I delete my account?

In the app's settings. A deleted account and its remaining minutes can't be recovered.
